The Bylaws Subcommittee advises University Staff Senate members of bylaws and ensures that current bylaws are posted on the University Staff Senate website.
The Communication Subcommittee maintains the University Staff Senate website and oversees communication between the University Staff Senate and its constituents, as well as the greater campus community in a timely, productive and creative manner.
Develop the website as a frequently-visited, highly valued resource for the 不良研究所 community due to its relevant, timely and creative messaging and information. Identify potential for email communications to the staff community, including service projects, committee achievements and special recognition opportunities.
The Nominating and Election Subcommittee leads, coordinates and implements the annual University Staff Senate election process, including but not limited to, publicity/recruitment efforts, ballot preparation, tabulation of votes and announcement of elected representatives. Any subcommittee vacancies that arise will be filled by this committee.
Promote and maintain a high level of competent, diverse and innovative candidates for inclusion on the University Staff Senate ballot annually. Maintain and develop best methods for engaging strong staff participation in the election process via informative, user-friendly ballots and pre-election information resources about the candidates.

The Service Subcommittee develops and implements opportunities for staff to serve the larger community as part of 不良研究所鈥檚 commitment to be 鈥渨omen and men for others.鈥�
The Staff Outreach Subcommittee focuses on outreach designed to create a welcoming campus environment for staff that offers opportunities for engagement. The Staff Outreach Subcommittee monitors all ideas for such opportunities that staff submit via the Enhance 不良研究所 page on the USS website and develops and implements initiatives, events and activities that promote staff interests. This subcommittee is additionally tasked with increasing USS visibility.
The Work Environment Subcommittee is chaired by the USS vice chair and focuses on advancing any staff concerns to Human Resources.
