2026-2027 Academic Year Leasing

The leasing process for 2026-2027 will run from mid-October to early November.  Full details on the Apartment Selection timeline and process will be available soon.

 

Fall 2025 Waiting List

Students who were unable to select a specific building or apartment type
can apply to the waiting list online.

Submit a Waiting List Request online now.

 

 

Global Village Applications

to be an ambassador in the Global Village are now available. 
Application closes: October 13, 2025 at noon
Interviews start on October 13, 2025
Offer letters will be sent out on October 24, 2025

Current Tentative Open House Tour Dates: 

  • Saturday, September 27, 2025: Family Weekend Open House
    Additional dates may be added as available 

 Tours will start at 10:30am and leave intermittently from building lobbies:  

  • Campus Town East: 1500 W Wells St. 
  • Campus Town West: 819 N 16th St. 
  • Frenn/McCabe: 706 N 17th St. 
  • The Marq: 2040 W Wisconsin Ave
