ECCP (EARLY COLLEGE CREDIT PROGRAM)

ECCP provides opportunity for high school students to seek course work not available in their high school as non-degree seeking Dual Enrollment students at ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù. Only students attending a Wisconsin high school may pursue coursework through the ECCP. For complete details about the program, visit . 

ECCP Application 

Applicants who want to take ECCP course at ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù are required to submit ECCP application to ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù each semester.

There are two separate application links for and . 

  •  If you have never taken ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù courses, you are a New Applicant. 
  • If you have taken any ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù course, you are a Returning Applicant. You will be asked for your ²»Á¼Ñо¿ËùID number when filling out the application. Your ²»Á¼Ñо¿ËùID number never expires; if you couldn't find your ²»Á¼Ñо¿ËùID number, please contact us. 

Required Application Materials

  • Most recent High School transcripts (could be unofficial transcript).

Admission Criteria 

  • Junior or Senior High School Student
  • Cumulative High School GPA 3.0

Application Review and Class Registration Timeline

  • Admission to ECCP program and district approval form do NOT guarantee a seat in the classroom. Each semester after the start of course registration, we will enroll ECCP students to their chosen classes only if there are seats available. We are not able to place ECCP students in to classes which are full. 
  • In case class is full, we encourage student to change to a different class session or a different course which has already been approved by their district. 
  • All ECCP course registrations must be processed through ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù's dual enrollment office. ECCP students should NOT add or drop any course in Checkmarq by themselves.

How should ECCP student search for ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù courses

is usually published in mid March for summer and fall semester classes, and late October for spring semester classes. Information including course description, course schedule, instructor, prerequisites requirements can be found in the Course Catalog. 

AP credits

If you have taken AP courses, you can use this AP placement chart to evaluate whether your AP credits will help you to meet the prerequisites requirements.

Below is an example of how students with AP Calculus scores are placed into ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù MATH course sequence. Please note that students who completed AP Calculus BC with score 4 or 5, should take MATH 2450 Multivariable Calculus. After MATH 2450, they will have completed all 3 courses in the calculus sequence (the equivalent of Calculus 1 - 3).

Credits Limit

Early College Credit Program students may enroll in a maximum of seven credits each term. The state of Wisconsin restricts the total number of Early College Credit Program credits to 18 credits in total.

If you have questions regarding reimbursement of Textbooks, Digital Content or Software that are required by your course, please contact your district. ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù does not provide such reimbursement.
