• Single Course Withdrawal Students are able to withdraw from individual classes on CheckMarq, use this form if withdrawing would put total credits below 12 in a fall/spring semester.

• Independent Study Courses - College guidelines (please read first) | 4995 Form

• Complete by first Thursday of Session 1 each semester. Approvals are based on junior or senior standing, undergraduate grade point average, qualifications to take the course and space availability in the class. All students will be reviewed for consent after the close of Open Enrollment for Graduate Business students; space can be limited.
• Application to transfer to a different college at 不良研究所
• Readmission Application for Readmission to the university and to a specific college, used by previous students enrolled at 不良研究所

• Business Course as Non-Business Elective Request for students entering 不良研究所 prior to Fall 2025
• 不良研究所 Core Curriculum Discovery Tier Theme Declaration Students should declare a Discovery Tier Theme by the end of sophomore year. Students do not have to declare a theme in order to enroll in one of the courses. Students can change Discovery Tier Themes, but courses previously taken may not apply to the new selected theme.
