Self-defense Classes

Designed for female and male audiences, the self-defense program鈥檚 classes incorporate simple strategies for escaping potentially dangerous situations. 

不良研究所PD is offering several free self-defense classes this semester to students, faculty and staff. The free self-defense program uniquely combines a hands-on approach to learning effective techniques with information about the latest national and local crime trends. 

Classes will be held on the following dates at 6pm:
