She also holds an MA from Tulane University (2021) and an MSc from the University of Amsterdam (2012). She has been a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Political Science at Concordia University and a Visiting Scholar at McGill University鈥檚 Institute for the Study of Canada. Her research focuses on paradiplomacy, sub-state capacity, and international economic development policies of advanced industrialized states and their sub-state governments. Her current research project examines the role of capacity in implementing economic development policies, as well as the growing trend of paradiplomacy within Canada and across the OECD more broadly.
