Non University Group Events:
Cancellations made for events occurring in campus facilities, including events held at the Unions Sports Annex, are subject to the charge according to the following schedule:
- 3 months from event date 75% of deposit is returned
- 2 months from event date 50% of deposit is returned
- 1 month from event date 25% of deposit is returned
- Under 1 month non-refundable deposit
- Cancellations made less than 5 working days of event date will be subject to incur 100% of estimated charges for food and beverage.
- Cancellations made less than 5 working days of event date may incur charges for room rental, staffing or equipment rental costs.
University & Student Organization Events:
Cancellations made for events occurring in campus facilities, including events held at the Union Sports Annex, will observe the following:
- Cancellations made less than 5 working days of event date will be subject to incur 100% of estimated charges for food and beverage.
- Cancellations made less than 5 working days of event date may incur charges for room rental, staffing or equipment rental costs.
Cancellations due to inclement weather
If you need to cancel an event due to serve weather, please contact your assigned event coordinator or call 414-288-7202 as soon as possible. We may adjust our cancellation policy depending on the severity of the weather and other activities on campus. If 不良研究所 closes due to inclement weather, all events (catered and non-catered) on that day will be automatically cancelled. When possible, a member of the A不良研究所 Event Services staff will reach out in advance to confirm the cancellation.
